LikedIt is a nice hotel. Spacious, because it is in the middle of no where. Friendly staff.

Dislikedvery noisy at night and early morning, there was a constant noise of furniture being moved around.

DislikedThe hotel has the air of times gone by. The grand entrance is wonderful, unless you have 2 communion parties happening at the same time and then it is soooo loud you can't even here the staff during check in. It was unbearably loud and a most unpleasant welcome to the hotel. When we remarked on that, she told us it was only until 20:00 which was 6 hours from the time we checked in. You could also not use that area or walk into the garden, which had two very large bouncy castles for the children attending the communion party. Some travelers are there in the hotel to take a break from travelling and enjoy the use of the room without extreme hotel noise. They gave us the ugliest room, on the first floor with a view of the air conditioning units and roof. Not at all like the pictures on the booking.com site of a garden or the sky. The sound of the party was loud from that room. We were then placed in a room facing the parking lot which meant we heard the road and the bus tour groups arriving and departing all evening and early morning. I was truly amazed to see the tour groups enter the hotel in the evening and receive nicer upper floor rooms with a view. The fridge in the room never worked, though it was on, the water didn't get cool. The hotel has a general feel of needing some freshening up. We could also hear the people above us moving their chairs.

LikedI liked the size of the room and the bathroom. I can't find more positives for this 4 star hotel.

DislikedThe safe was broken, no tea/coffee in the room, no drinks in the fridge, no welcome drink at the reception, the tiles on the floor were moving, bad sound isolation (we could hear everything from all rooms around our one), old furniture.... Disappointing breakfast and not nice cleaning staff. The behavior of the rest of the staff was neutral: nor very nice nor very rude. Conditions not acceptable for 4 star hotel.
