DislikedWe arrived early (ca 9am) and asked for an early check-in, which we had also indicated through Booking.com. They told us that there is no room available yet (which was expected) but that there will be a room available at 13.30/14. We came back to the hotel after 14.30 and they said there is still no room ready. At 15h (normal expected check-in time) we were informed that the room is still not available and won't be before 40min time. No alternative rooms or services were offered by the staff to compensate for this delay. Very disappointing service.

LikedThe friendliness of the staff, particularly Pablo, who was very welcoming when we arrived. Superb location. Large, comfortable room. Within easy walking distance of Arts and Sciences and the Turia.
DislikedWhen we checked out, we had to carry our suitcases down 6 floors as the lifts were in such demand that it was impossible to use them.

Our room is big and it comes with a big bathroom. The room overlooks the tennis courts and got the morning sun. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a number of green spaces around. Very refreshing and peaceful. There are supermarkets, good restaurants and cafe near by. Overall, happy to book again if we revisit Valencia.
