LikedConvenient location for people who travel by car. Free parking is a great bonus.

DislikedVery offensive person at the front desk. Place is ok (yet, be aware of large groups), breakfast somehow below expectations but still ok. Yet, the person at the front desk ( I do not know her name as she did had a name tag and refused to introduce herself) been very offensive and rude. When I politely ask can we postpone check out for 30 mins (as breakfast is until 10 and check out is also in 10am), she started to be rude and did not even hear what I wanted to say. I understand the check out policy. If she said politely sorry, we can extend you check out time that would be fine with me. But no, she had a monologue for 10 mins, aggressively lecturing me about terms and conditions which she concluded offensively, I quote her, “HOPE YOU WONT STAY HERE AGAIN!!” Is that how you suppose treat your guests and communicate with them? Very sad, it used to be a decent place to stay.

LikedClose to destination, tidy, friendly staff

DislikedInternet very slow, almost impossible to sync onedrive, watch YouTube or use vpn. Breakfast room massively overcrowded by busloads of tourists, Shower too short for a 190cm person.

LikedI liked the location, because I had to go to the hospital the next day. Otherwise the location is not that attractive. The breakfast was nice with a good selection and also the staff was nice at breakfast.

DislikedI didn't like the view from the window and uncomfortable parking. Wifi connection was unstable.

Overall the price was ok, a little bit far away from the city centre but very close to the piblic transport. To the centre you have to change 2 different types of transport. The personal from the cleaning was a little bit to loud in the morning with the doors at other rooms and with the carrier with trash. At the canteen the place was to less, because the half of them after 8.30 was closed (i don't know what for) . The parking place is for free and also the breakfast.
