LikedBreakfast was good, but it could have been diversified with salads and fruits. They also had a large space and comfortable rooms.

DislikedWiFi doesn't work on top floors, it's only available if you are in the lobby or first 1-2 floors. The location wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. The neighborhood was quite dirty with a lot of garbage around.

DislikedBreakfast a little chaotic. Towels are in room instead of bathroom. Hand towels are thin sheets rather than real towels. Sliding bath door makes too much noise. There are no tea coffee option in room. Need to order from bar.

Nothing that will show customer care, never mind satisfaction ! It looks like the so called 4 star property is for the Sicilian standards. Until now everything that I asked or mentioned at the front desk was a No or I don't know. I'll have more to mention by the end of my stay.
