Stayed 4 nights/5 days in a family room on the ground floor with my spouse and two teens. We also had airport transfers organized in advance which really made the overall journey very much stress free. Upon arrival to the resort before noon and unfortunately our room was not ready. We got to securely keep our bags with concierge until check-in around 3pm. The family room was large with 2 double beds in one room and two single beds in an adjacent room. There was alos a large bathroom with all necessary amenities. Given the price you pay for the resort, it dedinately could use a refurbish very ,very soon but don't let this distract you from the overall experiece or the convenience this hotel and its location offers. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range or Asian and Western food offered. Staff were simply lovely all over the resort except for one guy at the beach chairs area. I have already complained and taken the issue up with management who took the time to listen as this man unfortunately didn't have the amazing hospitality, generousity and good manners of just about all the locals we met on and off the resort. Pools were a good size and depends on the time, could get busy. But truthfully, when you have a fantastic beach with beach chairs and amazing reataurants and shops around, why bother with a pool. Beach area was immaculate with space and beach chairs with umbrellas dedicated to hotel guests only. This was closely monitored by staff so make sure to always have your hotel beach/pool towels on hand. Definately worth staying here as it is really well positioned on prime beach location at Station 2.

The service is excellent from the minute we arrived at the airport. Our room came with breakfast included in the rate and it did not disappoint. So much variety of food to choose from. I will definitely be back.

Nice Location. We arrived very early and had to wait for the official check-in time. The staff allowed us to check in hours earlier, which is very commendable.

it met our expectation even though there are some hiccups in checking in. The location is superb. We loved the pool bar, most of the staff are nice and very accommodating. Henann regency is really a great choice if you have a good budget and would like a beachfront hotel.
