LikedHand Wash and Hair Shampoo was available in the toilet/bath rooms, charging spot was on every bed.

DislikedActually I didn't hate anything but maybe they can place towels on every bed which wasn't the case this time around.

Overall, my stay was very good. The lobby has a nice environment, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even stored our luggage for free. The only drawback was the limited number of lifts. During our stay, a large group of students made the wait times for the lift longer than usual. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.
