There are 100 rooms at NH Pisa and guests can choose between contemporary and classic decor. There is a minibar and free Wi-Fi in each of our rooms. For lovely views over the train station’s cobbled square from your very own private terrace, book into one of our 5th-floor rooms. Our breakfast will be the highlight of your morning as we serve a delicious fresh buffet with a wide variety of options. LikedCentral position to walk to Pisa’s sites.

DislikedUncomfortable beds and pillows, poor air conditioning in rooms, poor breakfast, the fact that at midnight the reception staff had given a keycard to a another guest who barged into our room, having stayed at several nh hotels in Amsterdam on a regular basis this was not what we expected.

LikedLocation was ok (~20 mins of walking to the Tower and near central station) ... that's the only positive I can think of.

DislikedOh boy ... - Price is extremely high. 200$ / night for a 4 star hotel in Europe is madness. - The breakfast was terrible. you literally have scrambled & boiled eggs, 1 type of ham & some cheese and a lot of bread/croissants & sweets. You are better eating at restaurants around because you can get a lot for 25$+ and you can eat something different every day. I was expecting a little variation from day to day at least. - I don't think the hotel qualifies as a 4star anywhere else in Europe (??) - They made you pay in advance the whole staying through a 3rd party link in the Booking inbox... first time when it happens and Booking warns you not to follow links and proceed through this kind of payments ?? Why are you even allowing this to happen? - Room I was staying in was very noisy ... I had to buy ear plugs to be able to fall asleep. You can basically hear everything from the nearby rooms. - Why do you have to explicitly ask for slippers in a 200$/night hotel. They gave it to me after I've asked but I think it should have been provided to your room without having to ask. I just wish I've read a honest review before booking here for a whole week ...

Likedstaff, check in, location, no breakfast, left luggage

Dislikedbathroom should have been lovely but the seal and grout around the bath/shower was dirty and tired and the internal window ledge and windows were grubby.

LikedPerfect location if you need to be close to the train station; the breakfast is rich with many options sweet and savoury

DislikedThe shower pressure was non-existent, and it takes a long time for hot water to arrive. Additionally, there are no outlets conveniently located near the bed. The building, in general, is somewhat neglected, and you would expect more from a hotel that claims to be four stars and charges such rates.
