LikedThe view is exceptional. You couldn’t get a better view in Pisa. Nothing better than waking up in the morning to an empty plaza and having Pisa all to yourself.
DislikedFor the price of the room we expected at least a couple of bottles of complementary water in the room after a long day of travelling.

LikedLocation was perfect. Next to the tower of Pisa. Just thought that the hotel could have been a bit more helpful. we arrived early because of the transport, but we could not get anybody on the phone. Lucky enough a couple who stayed there let us in and gave us a different number. There somebody answered but told us that they were not working yet and that we should come back at 15.00 hrs. so we left our bags at the receptions which was empty and went with our planned tour first. For the rest all was ok I guess

DislikedNo hot water. Only 1 roll of bath tissue, and when we went to front desk to get more, no one was there. Had to buy our own.
