DislikedAir conditioning in the room was not working efficiently until they were able to fix it on Monday morning. Management was exceptional in how they delt with the issue.

LikedThe hotel is in two buildings both in the historic piazza directly in front of the Pantheon; we had two different rooms in the Annex building, both of which had great views, facilities and were clean and comfortable

DislikedThere is restoration work going on in the square which we weren’t informed about ahead of time, so we had to resolve that with desk staff - who were not very helpful or apologetic; however, once the manager was involved they sorted out our problem and were very generous and accommodating to ensure we had a lovely stay
