LikedI really enjoyed the location of Hotel Savoy Roma. It was so easy for our group to get to all the sites we wanted to see- Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging transportation to and from the airport which was super nice. I loved the look of the lobby and the breakfast had a fine selection. LOVED the rooftop!

DislikedOur biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. I don't know if it wasn't working or if that's how it always is. We visited in late May/early June and it was so hot in our room. We cracked the windows to try and get a breeze but it didn't help as much as we hoped.

LikedAttentive staff delivered well on 2 problems: safe not working and pillows not the best. Both fixed within 12 hours.

LikedThe room was excellent and the location was perfect. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but we had lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant which amazing.
