LikedEverything about the property is wonderful and spot on. The location, the building itself, the amenities and above all the staff!!!

DislikedThe only issue we had was that our room for some odd reason on the 6th floor was still very noisy even after hours. We loved the room and the terrace but the noise level was unusual.

LikedExcellent location, extremely well decorated and tidy! The staff is fantastic, politely treating every guest, and going above and beyond to please us! I got there because my previous hotel in the last minute did not confirm the reservation and what a wonderful surprise I had! A calm spot right in the middle of one of the most busy pints of Florence- Il Ponte Vecchio!
