LikedShower excellent. Good proximity to public transport. Quiet! Modern. Roof top bar - small but adequate, although a smell of cooking fat if you sat inside the glassed bar area. Clean. Housekeeping and changed the towels daily (probably unnecessary to change them every day, not very green!)
DislikedNo drawer in room. Well, there was a single big one in the storage unit but it was filled with bedding). We had to live out of the suitcases for the reason above, but there was nowhere to store the suitcases out of the way in any event. Tiny breakfast buffet area and super slow toaster, so always packed due to queuing. Plenty of seating though.

LikedClean spacious suite in the top floor, next to the roof bar. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel.
DislikedOnly one lift and too small for our party of 4 people and luggage. But understandable as it seems an old building. Breakfast was ok.

DislikedDifficult getting access to an iron and ironing board, I was informed they have only 1 for the entire hotel. Food was poor quality and overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel.

LikedClean, huge and staffs are very accommodating! We reached earlier and we had a bad experience from a private hire transportation booked from Booking.com. The customs was extremely busy that day we arrived and we took slight more than 1 hours and the driver just drove off. We ended up buying train tickets to go to The Guardian, when we reached we were greeted by this lady, I forget her name but she was asking us how are we since we flew such a distance to get here. Told her over dilemma and she was so kind to let us checked in early. It really helps to elevate the bad experience we had earlier and the room was clean, we have fresh towels everyday and the breakfast was super delicious and well spread. Even the service staff in the restaurant were so friendly and nice. Will definitely stay if I come back to Rome. Thanks and well done.
DislikedMaybe a coin laundry would be perfect so we can wash some clothes.
