LikedThe staff was very accommodating, polite and helpful. The hotel was in a good location and in walking distance to Termini Train station. The breakfast was good.

DislikedThe room we were given was cramped and a bit uncomfortable to get around inside. We didn't think it was good for the price we paid.

LikedThe location of the hotel is just perfect. 5min walk to the coliseum, 7min to the Trévi Fountain. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Most importantly the staff was outstanding and very helpful. It is by far the best and most caring service I have had.
