LikedThe hotel was in a good location, the towels were clean

DislikedNo luggage room, no lift so had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The room was so small that 2 people couldn’t get ready in the room at the same time. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair with repairs to the shower tray, mould on the tiles, shower pull and shower head - not a 3 star hotel more like 1 star
