LikedRoom was super quiet and charming - loved the automatic window blinds which made the room very dark as well. Concierge was extremely polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked flawlessly. Treats were left on the pillow and the bathroom was very well stocked (toothbrush/toothpaste, shoe buffers, razors, shampoo + conditioner, etc.). We received an unexpected upgrade to a room with a balcony which was really appreciated.

DislikedKey card didn't work when we first tried it, so needed to return to the front desk to get it reset. There were lots of uncollected service trays and dishes, bags of laundry, and other debris around the hallway leading to our door making it a bit challenging to navigate and it wasn't that pleasant to look at.

LikedWe had a great time at this hotel. Everything was nice from the staff, especially the ladies at the reception They gave us a suite instead of the room we booked I highly recommend this hotel you will absolutely enjoy perfect

LikedElegantly furnished lounge and common areas. Lovely outdoor area. Rooms were reasonable size, comfortable bedding and very well kept and clean. Many eateries, wine bars, coffee shops and Burghessi Gardens all within walking distance.

DislikedAir con not working, but we left windows open for fresh air.
