LikedThe hotel is located close to all major attractions and is easy to get to from Termini station via the Metro line. The staff is very friendly and will help with anything you need. The breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from and all tasty.

DislikedThe instructions on how to enter the hotel on arrival after the reception closes at 21:00 weren't explained very well before getting there, and the hotel was slow to answer the messages through booking.

LikedGood location, close to metro.

DislikedThe AC wasn’t strong, I had the window open to let the room air out and mosquitos came in. The shower was the worst part. The water wasn’t draining and I tired right explain it to the front desk but they said it was fine and that they would have someone else take another look. The next day I took a shower and I was standing in my own filth. So gross. The staff didn’t know what I meant by “the drain is clogged.” I would’ve liked someone to fix it or be compensated for the trouble.
