LikedThe location was perfect. The building is a landmark itself. The breakfast was diverse and rich. Having the room cleaned twice per day was not always necessary but definitely a good point. We had a bottle of prosecco (which we didn't manage to taste, because of our busy schedule) but we surely appreciate this personal touch.

DislikedCheck-in and Check-out took way too long. Especially the check-out. It took more than 15 mins.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to offer recommendations and assist with any requests. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Florence's top attractions, making our stay both convenient and memorable.
