Disliked‘Breakfast included’ was a little packet of dried toast and an instant coffee pod. Jam was also included in the fridge but we found old opened packets. Bed was like sleeping on a rock.

LikedI liked that it was close to everything within the city, the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the trevi fountain, there is a little store down the street which is handy if you need water or anything.

DislikedFrom the second we arrived at the hotel, we were told the room is not ready, and so we had to leave our luggage there and we went to find a restaurant to eat. We came back an hour and a half later and the room was ready, we weren’t brought up to the room however, and we were just given the key and that was it. We weren’t shown the facilities we have, if we can use what there was in the fridge etc. Then when we walked inside it looked clean over all until we started to really unpack and get comfy in the room. The floor was very very dirty in the room and bathroom, it clearly wasn’t sweeped/ hoovered, and wasn’t mopped either. The window within the room we were given was also odd and we did not like that we couldn’t see a nice view outside. Breakfast was included, however we did not like it so we just left it in the room. The bathroom was also very dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling, the ceiling was full of dirt.

LikedOur room was looking towards the inner courtyard and was quiet, cosy and clean. The lady at reception was very kind and attentive. AC was much appreciated after a hot day out, TV had some channels in English as well. Breakfast was mostly sweet so if you like savory there are plenty of supermarkets and cafes around. It was very close to Trevi fountains and other landmarks. Bed was very comfy.

LikedLocation is fine, lady in reception is nice and she really tries to help but she doesn't speak English at all and that creates miscommunications.

DislikedThe hotel is old, the water from the shower in the first room we got spilled all over the floor and created a complete mess, is was disgusting. We needed a kettle (and in booking it says there is a kettle in the room), we got stuck with an old espresso machine that spits hot water with a really bad taste that makes really (really) loud noise. The beds are the worst I had in hotels for years. The pillow is like a concrete. The shower is not like they show in the pictures. The price is low for rome but honestly if you can, put a bit more and get something more balanced.
