LikedThe hotel is situated in a quiet area, which is quite lively at night, with many restaurants around. It is within walking distance from Roma termini and public transport is also within walking distance. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were provided with some snacks and fruits the day we had to go out before breakfast time, and bags of ice cubes to treat a sprained ankle.

DislikedSome hooks to hang used towels would have been useful. Otherwise, nothing to say.

LikedReception was lovely. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful. Gave us a map and explained what metro lines to take and what stops to get off at each attraction. The place was close to metro stations. Lots of restaurants very close. The breakfast was great, bacon snd eggs as well as many other items. Definitely would stay here again.

Liked1.Close to train station 2. Triple room was big enough 3. Elevator to carry luggage

Disliked1. Breakfast was rather poor with store brought cold items which lacked taste . Boiled eggs were cold! Bread was so dried up, and overall, food quality and range were not acceptable. 2. The shower area was rather small, and shower head pressure was too much 3. The room was rather cold, and AC control didn't work properly

LikedGreat hotel in a central location. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely clean and bright rooms. Stayed here twice now and look forward to returning again.
