We spent two nights at the Best Western Globus in Rome and enjoyed our our stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The other room for our family needed new floors. Breakfast was great! It was close to the Metra Train!

LikedThe room was spacious enough for four people (two queen bed room). The cleaning and maintenance staff was very nice and helpful. It was very close to a metro station and two stops away from Roma Termini. Breakfast was fine. Good pizza place nearby called Pizza Dai Cinque.

DislikedThere were many ants in the bathroom in a room on the fifth floor - we had to call help desk to have someone come spray Raid. The beds were very uncomfortable and gave me body aches that I didn’t face in any of the other places we stayed in Italy. There was only one outlet in the room that we could use (others were occupied by TV and fridge) and it was nowhere near the bed. There was also an outlet in the bathroom if you want to charge your phone there. The people working the front desk were a bit cold. Not many food options nearby. For all this, the price per night is extortionate and not at all up to usual best western standards. Pay a bit more and stay at the best western near the Vatican instead - that area is clean, the rooms are nicer, the service is superb, and it is value for money.

We took Quad room. It was a spacious room with 2 queen beds a walk in closet for clothes and clean bathroom. We loved our stay. Close to public transport and lot of eateries around.
