LikedThe best thing about our stay were definitely the friendly receptionists. Our minibar did not work but the reception was ready to solve the problem in a minute and provide a space of their own for our things. They were very welcoming.

DislikedThe walls were not very soundproof. On the other hand, we were right next to a very loud Italian couple.. maybe that was the only issue..😂 Overall it was a funny experience.

LikedThe staff was extremely helpful throughout the stay. The place was easy to find and is located right next to a metro station. That made it easy to travel to and convenient for sightseeing.

LikedThe restaurant recommendations in the area were good. Good local food and local prices. Taxi service to airport 60euro- well worth the money. ( subway+train to airport nightmare!)

DislikedThe beds ( singles) were horribly small , narrow and mattresses very uncomfortable

LikedThe staff was very nice,very helpful; the room was quite big,it was clean but the confort is not for a 4 stars hotel, it looks more like an albergo/ family hold unit. The metro station was very close to the propriety.

DislikedConfort ,facilities are not for a 4 stars hotel; the courtyard -very small; no restaurant,no breakfast.The neighbhood-quite dull; it is far from the center,it is true there is a metro station nearby,but still we wasted lot of time to get there.NOT a very good value for money raport
