Room size is quite small with no air conditioning. The windows were left open for some fresh air but that attracts mosquitoes in the room which leaves you with red rashes. Staff arranged for late checkin with keys left on the reception desk and entry code messaged via email. For the price, I would expect decent size room which is mosquito free. Otherwise great location with restaurant's nearby and Leaning Tower Of Pisa at walking distance. Also, luggage storage option provided on day of checkout.
