The property offered great value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the pool, were top-notch, Although the location was not ideal and the airport access was a bit inconvenient, the cleanliness and housekeeping were satisfactory. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

You can tell the hotel used to be the pinnacle of luxury but it is a little run down now. The staff were fantastic and the service was great but the AC did not work, the bedding was frankly terrible and our sleep was not good at all. The pool was good and again, I can't speak highly enough of the staff but I think a 5 star hotel should not come with aforementioned problems.

They didn’t provide any help for customers without a car. Like they should provide shuttle or bicycle rental. Well they put some there but all out of service and min charge would be 20€ bruh. And didn’t feel good attitude from staff

The hotel is good but not a 5 star hotel, 20 minutes walking to Pisa tower but in the way it’s nothing to see or to buy.
