LikedThe location of the hotel was great and easily accessible to the city centre. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast provided is continental style so it was standard and average. To our surprise the air conditioning was turned on the second night of our stay even though I was told air conditioning does not turn on until June (we went last week of May). Without the AC, the room would have been very uncomfortable as mosquitos would come in the room during the night if the windows were open. The bathroom is spacious offering two sinks in the double room.

DislikedThe room is small for two people. Similar to previous reviews, the rooms are a bit outdated. Although we liked the victorian style of the hotel, the bathroom needs remodelling especially around the bathtub. If you are visiting Milan for a short or business stay then this hotel is recommended. However, we were there for 5 nights and the hotel is not value for money.
