Likedquiet area of Rome, close to the train station (10 minute walk). Staff were very attentive, gave us a detailed description of the Hotel and its services etc our room number was 4, down a couple of stairs on the way to the exercise room. it was very quiet as no other rooms close by , had its own outside patio area everything worked in the room. there were some nice food offerings in the nearby streets.

LikedWe had an issue with noise in our first room so the front desk resolved it by moving us to another spot - due to availability this was a room upgrade which we were very grateful for. Staff were very welcoming, courteous, and professional throughout. The breakfast is lovely. It's 'no meat' but there's eggs (scrambled & boiled) and salmon. Otherwise, there is a lot to choose from and the fruit was very fresh. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming each day. The beds are so incredibly comfortable! We slept really well outside of the noise disturbance in our first room. The location was great for restaurants, and walkable distances to all of Rome's main attractions. The Colosseum in particular is very close. The recent renovations mean the property looks modern. The lift is clear glass and looks great.

DislikedComplimentary water provided on first night only, and no facial tissues in the room - we mentioned to the staff who explained this was normal in Italy but I'm adding here so guests are aware. They said they'd make a note on the listing for future guests. It seems mad to us that water is not included when paying several hundred euros per night. A couple of items were broken in the second room (a charging point, a light switch). The hotel has recently reopened after renovations and looks lovely - it's normal to have some snagging works and the team were quick to try to fix the issues we had.

LikedVery good stay, really enjoyed it. The breakfast was good. Leila was very helpful, showed me to my room, very attentive and it was a nice addition to my stay.

Likedlocation was great. on a quiet street, and the neighborhood around it is very cute. we had a great view of the city from our room ( on the 5th floor). the room was nice and clean, with comfy matress and a good shower. the staff were extremely nice.
