LikedThe front of house staff were really helpful, friendly and professional She was attentive and gave us details on the best places to eat and visit.

DislikedAs a midlife traveller it was more of a hostel than a hotel feel. The bed had a dip in it. The room was tiny. It was a 'basic' hotel in a good location. The breakfast at five euros seemed value for money. However the produce was budget and inedible. If I had booked more than a one night stay I would have been looking for somewhere else I'm afraid. The front of house person was so lovely. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she made the stay feel a lot better.

LikedExcellent location and the room while basic, was clean with plenty towels. Bed was comfortable.

DislikedVery basic. One small bottle of water in fridge. Fridge while light was on, didn’t work. No tea or coffee facilities, no bedside tables and only one chair in family room.

LikedClean, comfortable and quaint. Great location for exploring Pisa. Staff were great and after a long day travelling before arrival, the speedy check-in was very welcome.

DislikedNoise from neighbouring room wasn’t ideal, but that’s always a risk when in a vibrant city.

LikedLocation was great, central but peaceful. Good value breakfast on the charming terrace with a view of the tower - who could ask for more on waking in Pisa? We plan to return soon.
