LikedThe Golden Tower was absolutely AMAZING! The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. The best coffees in Florence. The location of the hotel was perfect for all of the sites. But by far my favorite thing about the hotel was the staff. Daniele and Chiara were more than helpful, always pleasant and made our stay PERFECT. I will be back!!

LikedThe Hotel was in an amazing location and great service. Daniele was exceptional and the best part of the hotel stay. Breakfast was very good too.

DislikedWe booked as advertised as a Spa Hotel but discovered we had to pay 75 euros each to use the sauna! Just be aware of this.

LikedGood hotel in the very centre of Florence, fourth or fifth our visit.

DislikedBreakfast can be more impressive. We had problems with key card system, one time even it started to switch on/off light during night and it was not perfect) but management give us 50 % discount for 1 night, so we are ok. But the system in 206 room should be repair for sure

LikedThe hotel and staff were wonderful. The concierge helped my wife and I while we were driving through Florence on our honeymoon. It was a little bit difficult driving directly to the front of the hotel because of a security gate the staff had to lower to let you into their courtyard that we did not know about, but once we called the concierge, she gave us great directions. The staff was kind and attentive and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Florence, which was my wife and I's favorite in all of Italy.

DislikedHard to get to hotel by car but this is expected when you want to stay I'm the historic district of a European city.
