LikedBeautiful old property with character. Beautiful gardens with pool (not open as early season but maintained well ) mature olive grove. Resturant food very good and wine (own) excellent. Staff lovely.

DislikedRoom 15 clean comfortable but terrible smell ( stagnant water/mould?) opening windows flushing, running taps, even running jacuzzi bath to try to clear didn’t help, we told hotel so hopeful something will be done for next guests. It was one night for us, we arrived late ish, ate in Resturant and went to bed. We are realistic and the rest of the stay was lovely so for a few hours we just got in with it.

LikedInternet connection was good. Nice garden. Good parking facilities.

DislikedPool, room and restaurant(food) did not resemble the photo's here on Booking.com. Personel was correct, but not very welcoming.

Likedlarge room and car parking for free

Dislikedthe property needs renovation (bath!) and the breakfast ordering process via an app is not customer friendly (probably a remaining feature of covid?!). the outdoor pool was out of order (green water and frogs swimming in it!)…

LikedNot a lot Nice grounds and main building That is what attracted me to book.

DislikedDirty room and bathroom very grimy and not maintained at all. Breakfast is via app / tick sheet though breakfast was ok (just) . The property sits on a main road and a railroad runs behind. The rooms are small and dark , just imagine 1950s butlins chalet that sums it up. The water in the wellness spa stinks and looks uninvited. Look elsewhere in Bari or elsewhere in puglia so much nicer.
