LikedThe decore was nice. The 2nd receptionist who served us was excellent. I don't know his name.

DislikedOn Check In, we were not given the room we booked. We were sent an email confirmation stating our booking was confirmed for an executive room with a balcony. On check-in, we were put in 801 terrible room. Very small windows faced a brick building. The lady in reception was rude, argumentative, and refused to put us in the room we paid for. At $820 a night it was disgraceful.
