LikedExcellent location, and very nice breakfast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a taxi rank across the road, very handy for getting to Vatican City and the airport.

DislikedThe small lift is hardly adequate to take lots of luggage to our room, only 1 person and luggage at a time. Noise was very evident from next doors and the corridor, we had a room next to an automatic door, which kept us wakened a lot at night as people came home, very thin walls, we heard next door every time the toilet was flushed, and curtains opened/closed, I appreciate it is an old building, but it was very noisy. Mini-fridge in room - as we were paying £300 a night, we did expect free water in our room, fridge had items in it, they were charging €2 for a small bottle of water, it could have been provided for free!
