DislikedRoom had seen better days but was comfortable

LikedRoom was spacious and reception was always on hand to address any questions.

LikedRoom was large, receptionist was very helpful with early check-in, free water, coffee and snacks in lobby were great, along with complimentary umbrellas for our rainy stay. Hotel was close to the main station (about 10min walk) and close to a tram stop to go into central Milan.

LikedWe very much appreciated the kindness, patience and attentive welcome from the reception after a long haul international flight. The complimentary sparking water was very much appreciated. What we loved most was the mid-century Italian decor and furniture, which was carefully and tastefully chosen. The rooms felt like home and the sofa beds were particularly comfortable. We will be staying again at the end of our Italian holiday before flying out of Milan and recommend it highly - especially to Australians who will find it welcoming and lovely!

DislikedFresh milk in the fridge downstairs for guests would be a great addition for those of us who drink tea with milk, but this is hardly a "didn't like" - there's nothing not to like about people so welcoming and helpful!
