LikedThe staff was fantastic. The location was ideal for walking through Rome and seen the known land parks and many attractions. Close to nice restaurants and I felt safe.

The room given on day 1 was creepy. They put the bed outside the bathroom door. after pursuing that this is not correct they moved into room where the bathroom is terrible. The shower curtain had mold and ceiling was bad, no soap rack, stinking, only enough for me person to stand

Pros: right across from Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, an incredible church. Incredibly convenient to both the train station and all the sites near the Colosseum, Forum, and Villa Borghese. Good food options nearby and staff are very considerate. Cons: it's an old building and it shows. The rooms are relatively small, the access is not really handicap friendly, the breakfast service is so-so, and the bathroom was small, cramped, and exhibited a distinct and unpleasant odor. It was tolerable but not excellent. Overall, it's a decent deal in an excellent location. If you're planning to be out and about all the time, it's not too bad. If you're hoping to hang out and relax in the hotel, it's probably not great.

DislikedBreakfast in the hotel is a joke, both in terms of variety of products as well as its quality, it is better not to serve any breakfast than to serve such one as it is way below the level of everything else
