LikedPossibility to leave your stuff before check-in. Great location. Place for heat your food, unfortunately there's no kitchen to cook. Bar and restaurant 👍

DislikedI had a roommate who's never flushed the toilet after himself🤦 how guys can be such a disrespectful to the other people in the room?! It was disgusting. Not comfy that electricity in the room just when the someone's card in a holder. No one was want to leave the card for electricity 🤷 Couch and the armchairs downstairs was very ripped. Swimming pool doesn't worked.

LikedThe hostel has much to offer between the pool, common rooms, bar, etc. All of the staff, especially the front desk workers and security, were very friendly and helpful at all times, even when there were over a 100 people lined out the door. The beds were comfortable, room size was nice, and the private bathrooms per room were great. Also, the full sized towels were a nice surprise!

DislikedThe check in process was a nightmare, however this was not at all the fault of the staff. Large groups were checking in all at the same time, which made the check-in process on a Tuesday afternoon take nearly an hour and a half. I spoke to the people at the front desk and they said that it's normal that they have such huge lines everyday at check-in because of these groups. I've worked with different hostels for years and I've never seen such a poor system from the management- groups over a certain size should have a separate system for check-in (uploading all ID's ahead of time, having a separate counter, or a different check-in time to stagger things) so that it isn't a constant massive stress on the other guests and the staff. The staff tried to be patient and friendly to everyone, but were obviously a bit overwhelmed, especially with guests being cranky after waiting in line for over an hour. For a hostel known for hosting big groups, they definitely need to figure out a better system. Secondly, the beds had no curtain or covering whatsoever from other guests, which is pretty unusual for hostels and was a bit uncomfortable not to have any privacy at all. Lastly, the key cards activating the electricity for the room works great in hotels or private rooms, but you had to leave a key in the electricity holder so you could charge anything, and twice I had someone take my card by accident which wasn't a huge deal, but was a bit frustrating.

DislikedIt’s a hostel guys! Very loud, I found bug in my bed. Not recommend at all! Bad conditions. I’ve attached photos with the bug and shower, actually try to find where is shower on the picture!
