Staff was very nice all around. But the room was not as pictured. Old style room key (needed to be kept at the reception) and old style key for the safe. Overall ok but would not stay there again.

LikedThe hotel was easy to find and had a strategic location. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was very clean and it had a small patio exclusive to this room.

DislikedThe hotel boasts a 4 stars category but it is small and doesn´t have all the facilities to deserve it. The staff were not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was good in terms of food, except that the juice is not real juice and the place lack good ambiance for some reason. We found a parking very close to the hotel but it was 40 euros the night.

LikedThe hotel was located in a great area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Naples

DislikedThe wall between our room and the next one was a little thin, we could hear them walking around but it didn't detract from our stay. We'd definitely stay there again.

LikedThe location is good, near the metro station and close to the center, in 10 minutes walking you can reach the busier streets. The breakfast was good, not too varied but with several choices to pick from. The staff was very nice and helpful.

DislikedIt's an old building and lacks some renovations, as well as some sound isolation, our room was facing the street and the drivers in Napoli enjoy their horns in traffic. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is tiny, usable but very tight. They are currently doing renovations on the other side of the building so it may improve.
