LikedExcellent location for St Marks square and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Room was clean and well furnished with lovely views of the canals. Good selection of high quality toiletries provided in the room. Excellent breakfast with cereal, pastries and hot food options including a gluten free option and really friendly, helpful staff. Reception staff were really accomodating and available 24/7 in the adjacent building. Communication was excellent before we arrived. All the public areas were very well furnished with beautiful decor and very clean. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely stay again.

LikedIf you want a hotel near many restaurants by the canal, this is the perfect choice. The hotel is stunning, and I had a room overlooking the canal. The staff was incredibly friendly and even escorted me to my water taxi, ensuring my luggage was loaded accurately. I will certainly return in the future. Thank you for enhancing my trip beyond expectations.
