LikedThe hotel was few steps from Milano centrale and near metro station which made it suitable for me

DislikedThere was noise in the roof of the room which affected my rest in the room and I told the reception employee to fix the issue but not happened

Good first: 1. House keeping staff are doing a wonderful job to keep the room clean. 2. Breakfast area staff (on both days) 3. Walkable distance from Milan Centrale train station (although in a inside line) 4. Very old building but interiors and rooms probably renovated almost 2 to 3 years back. 5. Water pressure inside the washroom is apt and bathroom is clean Bad : 1. Unpleasant and not welcoming front office and reception staff. 2. Not at all helpful in any matters related to any querries or no guidance. Standard answer is "please check by yourself" as "i / we dont know". 3. There is a clear need of training required for the reception staff and management of hotel. 4. We will not come back to this hotel ever as a repeat customer as observed the treatment given to others at check in or checkout is not being anywhere neer to acceptance. 5. Customer service is not worth any star grading of hotel. 6. Do not expect any reply from the hotel management as they will only justify (even this post also).
