LikedClean and nice staff

DislikedLocation- we walked from train station. Garbage quite noticeable. Street was outdoor bathroom.

LikedComfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple but nice.

DislikedStaff were not particularly helpful or nice. Restaurant staff were particularly rude. Very noisy in our room by the lobby.

LikedI had a very spacious, comfortable and clean room, which contained everything I needed.

DislikedThe ongoing renovation work in the entrance area was presumably necessary, but did not improve the impression of the otherwise very nice hotel. The location of the hotel is suboptimal for tourists, but not too noisy. Limited choice of food for breakfast compared to other countries.

Here are some problems: 1-in bathroom, water didn't goes down easily. It needs the puppies are blocked with hairs . They need to check it before giving the room to the guest . 2-working with the air-conditioning is a little bit tricky but if you manage to get it working it is not bad. 3-The guy in reception behaviour not friendly. The lady in reception behave well with a good sense of humour.
