LikedTook my money and refuse to pay me back for the canceled stay they still Nicolette neglect that I have been in the hotel and I informed the information that I didn’t like the room and asked to cancel the first night and pay me back the rest of the money I have tried to communicate through phones And emails and I didn’t get any feedback

DislikedReception guy told me he will call me back, but he didn’t. I informed the hotel that I didn’t like the room and I accept cutting the first night from my booking and pay me pay me back the rest of the night that I have canceled. They promised they will do so after I leave they didn’t pay my money till this day
