LikedLocation is excellent and staff is friendly and helpful. Also the balcony was great.
DislikedThe shower is small, ok for us but may be an issue for some.

LikedThe high step down to the entrance was very high. I had a very bad fall. Fractured my shoulder and hurt my hip and spine. The hotel was just said sorry and showed no concern. I had to have wheelchairs to the plane both in Rome in Lisbon. I am in entense pain and in a shoulder brace for up to 6 weeks. I can only write on my mobile. I was too ill to have breakfast. I want compendatiin. I have proof because I have a paper from the ambulance crew in Rome
DislikedHaving to check in at another hotel. Breakfast was also outside the hotel. But I was too ill to eat amything
