Electric blackout per hotel reception for no reason is a serious concern, hotel staff spoke limited English makes it difficult for international travellers.

LikedThe location was the best. The room had everything....the matress was a bit hard but for a short stay it was acceptable. Clean and spazious room. No elevator in the base floor but the steps up to the first floor weren't a big concern....unless you have big bagage. It's worth to come back!
