LikedThe staff were amazing. The decor was great.

DislikedThe beds were terribly uncomfortable. They provided a mattress topper which helped a bit.And, the breakfast buffet was overpriced.

I love staying in this hotel, it is now my go to when I am in Florence. Everybody is so helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure guests are taken care of. I can't wait to return.
