LikedGreat location. Breakfast ok, but you expect something more from a 4 star hotel.
DislikedThe bed sheets were dirty. After awaiting almost 20’ for an answer that did not arrive, we went down to the reception and ask for assistance. There was no one to help out with the bed’s sheets so we had to ask for them and do them ourselves. It is unacceptable, especially for a 4 stars hotel and for that price, that there is no form of control plus the attitude at the reception was quite rude. The room was generally ok but old with the upholstery dirty too. Bathroom old as well. The hotel needs a good refurbishment.

LikedStunning location. Fantastic terrace bar and restaurant with a view of the Leaning Tower and Duomo. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

LikedThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The position was great. Right in the centre of the restaurant area and a few minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa. All very convenient.
DislikedThe room was very tired looking and could do with an update considering it was a 4* hotel. The safe didn’t work.
