LikedEverything was just wonderful. I had a room upgrade just for free and a special early morning breakfast, because I wanted to leave early. Extremely comfortable, great location for everything- vaparetto, sights, restaurants. The staff was the kindest, especially the lady, preparing the breakfast. Perfect for everything, definitely would visit again. Thank you!

LikedGood size Room, excellent breakfast in a nice location in Dorsodouro area of Venice.

DislikedCan be noisy to midnight as close to a popular bar but with windows closed it wasn't an issue for us.

LikedIt was indeed a "charming house" -Perfect location (easy access from airport with alilaguna boats, easy access to San Marco etc) -High level design: modern but Venetian too in contrary with the most hotels with "heavy interiors" -Very good quality of breakfast -Staff kind and helpful A hidden gem - for sure we will come back
