DislikedOn Monday afternoon at check out, the guy at the reception was shouting at his female colleages. Its not done, especially in fron of guests.

DislikedThe hotel definitely needs renovation, the breakfast area is very small. We ordered room service several times, and everything was good except for the pizza (very unexpected :))
