LikedWhen in Rome, I always stay at the Bettoja! You cannot beat the location, close to the train station, metro and busses. The hotel is lovely, with rich colors and comfortable public spaces. The bed and linens, excellent. Very generous and diverse breakfast. Exceptional staff who are always professional and kind.

pros: very close to Roma Termini Station where you can take either the bus or metro... walking distance to Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, which is one of the stops of the hop on/off tour buses... close to several restaurants... room was spacious and clean... room has AC... bathroom was clean as well... good selection of food for breakfast... key card worked with no problems... cons: no flat iron to iron our clothes... no shampoo/conditioner provided so bring your own... the body wash that was provided can be used as shampoo but it made our hair stiff... overall, we were satisfied with our stay in the hotel... we stayed for 3 nights...

The hotel has an Old charm.. it is across Roma Termini which is why I chose this hotel. The room is big and has a small Terrace. The breakfast is wonderful and a lot of selections.

LikedThe hotel is connected to the other Bettoja hotel (Mediterraneo). Breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar has nice view (Both located in the Mediterraneo hotel). It take only 3 minutes walk to the Termini station, about 30 minutes direct access from / to the airport by Leonardo express. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around this area.
