LikedEverything is pure 10 !!!

DislikedThis is not about hotel, this is about people on Booking.com which giving grades: F**k the stars, this wonderful hotel has a general grade below 8 only because of peoples 5 star hotel expetacions. But we are not staying in the stars, we are staying in hotels with different offers, benefits and staff, people from flesh and blood, and according to that, this hotel deserves at least overall 9+.

LikedView of Pisa in the distance was the best part

DislikedRude and unhelpful staff across the whole hotel. Hotel itself is old and run down. Getting charged 15 euro to park in an empty car park seems a scam based on the rates you pay for a room. Breakfast was pretty poor along with staff at breakfast.
