LikedCentral location, quiet and modern. Staff is very friendly and rooms have all needed amenities.

LikedLocation is good as near Milan Centrale and in front of Pizzium which is a great restaurant. Room was cleaned well.

DislikedVery poor customer service from some staff, when asked for spare room slipper on two occasions, they were lazy and did not bring to room at all, when asked for warm milk to be brought to room at night, they advised to go to bar or be charged 5 euros if brought to room. At breakfast, when filling our water bottles with water, was told off by staff that the water is for the breakfast service only. Staff appeared very rude and lazy at times with a bad attitude. Breakfast was very basic and limited and of low quality. When asked for fried egg, was told it would come at a charge. Will not be booking at this hotel again. This is not a 4 star hotel, at best 3 stars.

LikedI would highly recommend this hotel as it is in walking distance from Centrale Stazione, metro stations for transport around Milan, etc. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Tasty breakfast, plenty to choice.
