LikedShower room was satisfactory. Hotel was 3 minutes away from train station, overground.

DislikedBreakfast was coffee and a croissant. An employee had entered our room whilst we were out for the day and had been smoking in there. We complained but the receptionist stated that none of the staff were smokers....we'll our noses didn't lie? Unless someone broke into the room.!!

LikedThe hotel room is neat and clean, the bathroom had all the necessary things. It's nice that the room was located next to the terrace, so it was possible to sit outside in the evening. Breakfast is simple "Italian" - coffee, croissant and juice.

LikedThe nearness to the train station and the staff was friendly.

DislikedHair dryer did not work. Had to ask for an additional pillow even though the pillows on the bed were extremely thin. Local food options were not favorable to those who like a well balanced meal.
