Excellent location next to Duomo, staff were very helpful especially Mis Carolina she did very well on changing my room. Over all very nice hotel with genuine staff.

LikedThe location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and transportation. Our room had a view of Milan Galleria. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bed and high-quality linen that ensured a good night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities in the room, such as the coffee maker, minibar, and toiletries, were of high quality and added to the overall comfort.
DislikedWe found the breakfast offerings to be somewhat lacking. The selection was limited, and it did not meet the high standard set by the rest of the hotel’s amenities.

My first impression: I regret to share with my negative first experience with the hotel. I arrived late at night and was not able to sleep at 1am because of the terrible noise outside made by the workers… they stoped working only by the early morning. The was no charging station by the bed. There is no desk/table to work at if I need to charge and use the my computer/iPad. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There is no way of hanging the wet towels except the one hanger inside of the shower, which is utilized for the bathrobe. Coming out of the shower requires maneuvering around bidet. Although the room is large, At breakfast, which was included in the price, I was told by the waitress that berry salad is not included, and would have to pay extra. In my experience this is not a 5 star hotel accommodations. After my complaint, I was moved to a different room and the staff was very nice. That been said, it is definitely not a five star hotel and I would like to receive a partial reimbursement from Agoda since I booked it through them.
