LikedWhen in Milan, I am always staying in this hotel. The staff provides excellent service and ist most helpfull. The services are of highest standard. I very much enjoyed the quality cofee in the room.

LikedGreat location, very quiet at night but well connected to the city. A friendly welcome and very smiley and helpful staff. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Shower was powerful and the shower gels smelt wonderful. Safe and secure locking of the main doors at night time was appreciated (you ring the doorbell when its late and a night porter opens up for you).

DislikedWe got an upgrade but the room was quite small still, not sure what our actual room would have been like! Not great value for money. The room featured a stove but no cooking tools or equipment. The communal hotel areas were spooky and uninviting. The bathroom was quite small. No free drinking water provided in the room which feels very unfair considering the price.
